Health Goal of the Week:
Make more than half of the grains I eat Wheat
No, you aren't mistaken, I am starting this week goal on a Thursday. 3 days I am going to try this. It is going to be rough seeing as how I really really don't like wheat things.
Noodles. Bread......noodles.
gross.
As we speak I am making one of my favorite dishes with mostly wheat noodles...what a waste.
If I make it through the next three days I may just keep going...we'll see.
